As 2018 draws to an end we thought it would be good to look back on what has been achieved this year. 2018 has certainly been a momentous year for eSmart Networks!

 As the newest company in the Nexus Infrastructure family (having been founded earlier in the year), we’ve now firmly established ourselves as one of the leading Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure installers in the UK.  Over the last few months we’ve been extremely busy installing rapid chargers in various locations throughout the UK and have also undertaken a large-scale commercial EV charging project.

Understandably, to support customer demand we’ve also been busy building the team and recently moved into new office premises.

In addition, we’ve continued to develop our offerings in the EV and Battery storage markets and are working with many of Europe’s leading Network providers and charging equipment OEM’s.

The Electric vehicle sector continues to expand and the many new Battery Electric Vehicle’s coming to the market over the next couple of years will (in our opinion!) further increase demand for charging and supporting infrastructure. The Government’s Road to Zero document released this year sets out how the UK can become a world leader in this space, which we welcome and look forward to playing our part.
